NovyThe campaign has generated very heated debate making it a very hot topic in the country. Kenyans are talking about it in all manner of spaces, settings and Forums.

Tribeless kenyan is intended to mean overcoming tribal barriers and embracing oneness. Its not about ignoring our unique tribes and starting a new ‘Tribeless’ one nor is it about politics.

While there’s a huge chunk who have clearly missed the point, as most Kenyans usually do, taken face value of the frame and misinterpreting it with ‘I beg to differ’ explanation posts, There’s also overwhelming response from thousands of Kenyans who have embraced the campaign by using the simple Tribeless Kenyan frame on facebook to edit and change their profile pictures. This clearly shows that a cross section of Kenyans who have been victims of tribalism are a very angry lot and do not want anything to do with Tribalism.

TRIBELESS KENYAN IS NONSENSE?? HERE’S WHY YOU ARE WRONG ON KENYA’S HOT TOPIC

It’s generally accepted that the solution to eradicate tribalism may not lie in just changing profile pictures and buying Tshirts but its definitely a good start with positive or negative conversations among Kenyans taking off in all manners and settings.
