Data Deletion Policy

Your Right to Deletion (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Rastyle Republik. This includes your account information, activity history, uploaded content, and any associated payment records (subject to legal retention requirements).

What Gets Deleted

• Account Data: Name, email, profile information, preferences
• Activity Data: Trivia scores, challenge history, listening history
• Content: Mixtapes, posts, and media you uploaded
• Analytics: Behavioural and usage data linked to your identity

What Is Retained

Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Financial Records: Transaction and invoice data retained for 7 years (tax compliance)
• Safety Records: Abuse/moderation reports may be retained to prevent harm
• Anonymized Analytics: Aggregate, non-identifiable usage statistics

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been deleted. During this period your account will be deactivated.
