Ticketing Terms of Service

Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases on Rastyle Republik are subject to these terms.

Purchase Policy

• Tickets are non-transferable unless transfer feature is enabled by the event creator
• Prices include all applicable platform fees
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe or M-PESA

Refund Policy

• Full refund for cancelled events (processed within 14 business days)
• Refund requests for postponed events handled case-by-case
• No refunds for no-shows or change of plans
• Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event

Ticket Transfer & Resale

• Transfers are available when enabled by event creators
• Resale prices cannot exceed 150% of original price
• Platform takes a small commission on resale transactions

Event Changes

• Event organizers may change venue, time, or lineup
• Significant changes entitle ticket holders to a full refund
• Notifications sent for all event modifications

Digital Tickets

• All tickets are digital and accessible via your account
• QR code verification at event entry
• Screenshot sharing of tickets is discouraged (security risk)
